Covid-19 Policy

While the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in many daily challenges for everyone, our team at Lake Pointe Veterinary Hospital in Amelia, OH continues to do everything possible to accommodate its patients and clients. We are continuing to comply with the recommended safety guidelines to keep our staff, clients, and patients safe. Your patience and understanding in the face of our policy changes is greatly appreciated, and we will continue to keep our clients up-to-date regarding our COVID-19 policies.

We are currently accepting curbside appointments only. Just schedule your pet’s appointment as you normally would, and when you arrive, stay in your vehicle and call our hospital. A team member will come out to retrieve your pet and bring them into our hospital for treatment. After we return your pet to you, you can call us to pay over the phone.

In addition, if you called in a medication or food order, we can bring your items out to you.
